Yes. We mainly work across Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire, but we can work with painters and decorators anywhere in the UK, from independent decorators to small decorating teams. We can tailor the page around your services and the places you cover.

No long-term contract, no. You’ll sign a simple service agreement to get started, but there’s nothing tying you in beyond that. Every plan is a rolling monthly payment, so you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice, penalty free. If you cancel and want to keep your website live, you’ll become responsible for any ongoing hosting, domain and third-party service costs needed to run it. We’ll explain those costs and help with the handover before your service ends.

No. If you don’t already have one, we can build you a mobile friendly, one-page website from scratch as part of your Catchlio package. Plenty of our customers start with nothing more than a Google listing. If you already have a website, we’re happy to review it and suggest improvements, but we can only maintain it going forward if it’s moved onto our service.

Every business is different, so we can’t promise a set number of enquiries or exactly when they’ll arrive. Our job is to make sure your business is easier to find, looks credible and gives potential customers a simple way to get in touch. Some businesses may see results quickly, while for others it can take time to build visibility and momentum.

The Google profile is in your name, and all your content, including text, photos and business details, belongs to you. The website itself is built and owned by Catchlio, and hosting and maintaining it forms part of your monthly package. If you decide to leave and arrange your own hosting before your service ends, we’ll licence the website to you so you can keep using it there. If you don’t arrange replacement hosting in time, the website stays with us and may be taken offline. If you’d rather we continue hosting it for you without the monthly updates, we can easily set up a simple hosting-only plan instead.

Great, we will claim or take over management of it, fill in what is missing and keep it updated. You stay the owner throughout.

Yes. Photos of finished rooms and properties are one of the best ways to build trust. Send them over and we can add them to your website and Google Business Profile, using your plan’s monthly update time to keep them fresh.

Very little. Once everything is set up, we take care of the ongoing management. Just keep us updated with anything that changes, such as new services, areas covered, opening hours, photos or business information, and we’ll handle the rest. Ten minutes is a busy month.

No. We don’t run active SEO campaigns, content marketing, link building or paid ads. We focus on making sure your website, Google listing, business details and reviews are accurate and working properly every month. If you’re looking for ongoing competitive SEO work, that’s a different, and typically far more expensive, service, and we’ll tell you plainly if that’s what you actually need.

That warning is a fair one, but it’s aimed at services claiming to run a full SEO campaign, keyword strategy, content writing, link building, for an unrealistically low price. That scope of work genuinely can’t be done properly by a person for that little, so if you see it claimed that cheap, it’s worth asking questions. We don’t claim to do that. Our monthly service covers a specific, smaller job: your website, your Google listing, your business details and your reviews, kept accurate and working. That’s a job a real person on our team can do properly without needing a large team or expensive tools, which is exactly why we can price it low without cutting corners. If you ever want active SEO campaign work on top, we’ll say so honestly rather than quietly doing less than promised.
