Referral scheme terms

- Who runs the scheme. The Catchlio referral scheme is run by Catchlio Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 17477631, registered office 2a Bridge Villa, 1 Draycott Rd, Tean, Stoke-on-Trent ST10 4JF.
- Who can refer. Any existing Catchlio customer with an active monthly plan and no overdue payments can refer another business.
- Who can be referred. The referred business must be a new Catchlio customer that has not previously had a Catchlio plan. You can’t refer yourself, your own business, or another business you own or run.
- How to claim. The new customer must tell us the name of the person or business who referred them when they sign up, before they pay their setup fee. Referrals can’t be added after the setup fee has been paid. If more than one person is named, the first name given at sign-up will be used.
- The new customer’s discount. The new customer receives £50 off the one-off setup fee for any Catchlio plan, applied at sign-up. The discount has no cash value, can’t be exchanged, and can’t be combined with any other offer or discount.
- When the referrer earns a free month. The referrer earns one free month once the new customer has paid both their setup fee and their first monthly subscription payment. If the new customer cancels before making their first monthly subscription payment, or that payment fails, no free month is earned.
- How the free month is applied. A free month means one month of the referrer’s own Catchlio plan at no charge, applied to the referrer’s next monthly payment after it has been earned. If more than one free month has been earned, they are applied to consecutive monthly payments. The value is based on the referrer’s plan at the time the free month is applied.
- Maximum rewards. A referrer can earn up to 6 free months in any rolling 12-month period. Further referrals within that period are always welcome, but won’t earn additional free months until the 12-month window allows.
- No cash alternative. Free months are a credit against the referrer’s Catchlio subscription only. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred to anyone else, and can’t be exchanged for a refund. Any free months not yet used are lost if the referrer’s plan ends.
- Fair use. The scheme is for genuine referrals between real businesses. We may withhold or remove rewards where we reasonably believe the scheme has been misused, for example through fake or self-made referrals.
- Changes to the scheme. We may change or end the referral scheme at any time by updating this page. Rewards already earned before a change will still be honoured.
- Our main terms still apply. These referral terms sit alongside our Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply to all Catchlio plans. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
