When you pay
You pay the one-off setup fee to get started, which covers building your site. Your first monthly payment isn’t taken until 30 days after your setup fee is paid, so you’re never paying a subscription for a site that isn’t live yet. After that, it’s taken on the same date each month, on a rolling basis.
Website update details
Included updates cover minor changes to your existing website, such as text, images, opening hours, contact details and links. New pages, redesigns and extra functionality are quoted separately. Unused update time does not roll over.
Domain included
One domain name is included with your plan, subject to availability. This can be a .co.uk or .com domain. Other domain extensions are available, please ask us for a quote.
Domain renewals are included in your monthly fee for as long as you’re with us.
If you stop using Catchlio, you’ll be responsible for arranging a suitable hosting package and covering any future hosting and domain renewal costs.
Real people, not automation
You may have seen advice online that plans priced below £500 a month rely on automated tools rather than real work. That’s a fair warning, but it’s aimed at services claiming to run a full SEO campaign, keyword strategy, content writing, link building, for an unrealistically low price. That scope of work genuinely can’t be done properly by a person for that little.
We’re not that. We don’t run SEO campaigns, and we’ve never claimed to. Our monthly service covers a specific, smaller job: your website, your Google listing, your business details and your reviews, kept accurate and working. That’s a job a real person on our team handles directly, not a bot running scans, which is exactly why we can price it this low without cutting corners.
More than just hosting
Our Website Only plan is £25 a month after the setup fee, which can look like more than some bare-bones hosting services out there. It is, and that’s deliberate.
That fee isn’t just server space. Every month, we’re also looking after the upkeep of your site: WordPress core updates, plugin updates, and the ongoing software and security patches a website needs to stay safe and working properly. Neglecting this maintenance can leave sites vulnerable to security problems, compatibility issues and things breaking without anyone noticing until there’s a problem.

How do I pay, and when?
You pay the one-off setup fee to get started, which covers building your site. Your first monthly payment is taken 30 days after your setup fee is paid, then on the same date each month after that, on a rolling basis. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. Direct debit may also be available, just ask us when you sign up.
What’s included in a one-page website?
A professionally built, mobile-friendly website containing the key information customers need about your business. That normally means your services, about your business, contact details, calls to action and any other essential information we agree before the build starts. It’s one page, but it doesn’t have to feel basic.
What counts as a website update?
Small changes such as updating text, swapping an image, changing opening hours, updating contact details or changing a link. If you want a new page, a redesign, new functionality or something that takes significantly longer, we’ll tell you first and give you a price. No surprise invoice afterwards.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. The domain is for your business, not ours. While you’re using Catchlio we’ll manage the registration and renewals included with your plan. If you leave, we’ll help make sure you have what you need to take control of it elsewhere.
What happens if I cancel?
Just give us 30 days’ notice. Your domain and content remain yours. If you want to keep using the Catchlio-built website, you’ll need to arrange suitable replacement hosting before your service ends. We’ll then licence the website to you for continued use and help with the handover. You’ll be responsible for future hosting, domain renewal and any third-party service costs.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start with what you actually need now. If your business grows or you decide you want more help later, you can move to another Catchlio package. We’d rather you upgrade because it’s useful than sell you things you don’t need on day one.
What if I need something that isn’t included?
Ask us. If we can do it, we’ll tell you what it will cost before doing the work. If it needs a specialist we don’t provide, we’ll tell you that too. No pretending we can do everything just to win the job.
I’m a very small business. Is Catchlio actually for me?
Yes. In fact, that’s the point. Catchlio is designed for sole traders, partnerships and small businesses that need a decent online presence without paying big-agency prices or learning a load of digital marketing jargon.
