Frequently Asked Questions

How long will the onboarding form take?

It should only take around 5–10 minutes. We just need the basics about your business, the services you offer and what you’d like us to help with.

What if I don’t have everything ready?

No problem. You don’t need to have everything prepared before submitting the form. Send us what you have and we can work through anything that’s missing with you afterwards.

What happens after I submit the form?

We’ll review the information you’ve provided and start preparing your website and listings. We’ll contact you if we need anything else and keep you updated as the work progresses.

Do I need to know anything about websites or digital marketing?

Not at all. That’s what we’re here for. Just tell us about your business in your own words and we’ll take care of the technical side.

What if I don’t have a logo or professional photos?

That’s absolutely fine. Let us know what you already have and we’ll help you work out what’s needed to create a site that looks the part.

Will I get to see everything before it goes live?

Yes. You’ll get to review your website before it’s published so we can make sure you’re 100% happy with it. For live search tools like Google Maps, some updates display instantly, but wherever possible, we’ll show you how it looks beforehand.

Will I need to give you my passwords?

In most cases, no. If we need access to tools like your Google Business Profile, we’ll guide you through the safest way to invite Catchlio in as a manager, without you ever having to share your personal passwords.

Can I make changes later?

Of course. We include two initial rounds of revisions during the build to get everything perfect. We know that businesses change, so your online presence can change with you. If you need to update services, contact details, or photos later on, just drop us a message and we’ll handle the updates as part of your monthly service.
