Do you cover my part of Derby?
Yes. We work across Derby, including Allestree, Mickleover, Chaddesden and Alvaston, plus nearby towns such as Belper, Ilkeston and Long Eaton. If you are just outside these areas, get in touch and we will let you know if we can help.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Our monthly service is rolling with 30 days’ notice, so you can cancel whenever you feel it is no longer right for you. There is no 12-month contract and no exit fee. For full transparency, if you cancel and wish to keep your website live, you will become responsible for any ongoing hosting, domain, and third-party service costs required to run it. We’ll explain these costs and help with the handover before your service ends.
Do I need a website already?
No. If you don’t already have one, we can build you a mobile friendly, one-page website from scratch as part of your Catchlio package. Plenty of our customers start with nothing more than a Google listing. If you already have a website, we’re happy to review it and suggest improvements, but we can only maintain it going forward if it’s moved onto our service.
How soon will I see inquiries?
Every business is different, so we can’t promise a set number of enquiries or exactly when they’ll arrive. Our job is to make sure your business is easier to find, looks credible and gives potential customers a simple way to get in touch. Some businesses may see results quickly, while for others it can take time to build visibility and momentum.
Who owns my listings and site?
The Google profile is in your name, and all your content, including text, photos and business details, belongs to you. The website itself is built and owned by Catchlio, and hosting and maintaining it forms part of your monthly package. If you decide to leave and arrange your own hosting before your service ends, we’ll licence the website to you so you can keep using it there. If you don’t arrange replacement hosting in time, the website stays with us and may be taken offline. If you’d rather we continue hosting it for you without the monthly updates, we can easily set up a simple hosting-only plan instead.
What if I already have a Google listing?
Great, we will claim or take over management of it, fill in what is missing and keep it updated. You stay the owner throughout.
Do you work with my trade?
We work with sole traders and partnerships of most kinds across Derby — trades, salons, garages, shops, small practices. If we are not the right fit we will say so.
What do you need from me each month?
Very little. Once everything is set up, we take care of the ongoing management. Just keep us updated with anything that changes, such as new services, areas covered, opening hours, photos or business information, and we’ll handle the rest. Ten minutes is a busy month.
